Wow I was very impressed with John’s service and performance. showed up the same day I called complaining my lg washer was leaving dirt and smudges on my clothes. Apparently there is a clean tub mode which was never discovered. So he took our washer and diligently took apart and cleaned and sent me pictures on his progress.
